This is a software similar to any other kind of Travel and Accommodation software like Make my trip. But unique part of it is. It is more customized to fit in an organization where employees do travel either for business or personal purposes.

An Organization has their own Guest Houses, Hotel Contacts, and Travel Vendors. TAMS uses this information to make travel for employee more easy.

Let Suppose when a user makes travel from Hyderabad to Mumbai then he can make a request through this software, The software then checks the flight availability and then request to issues tickets with vendor. He can also check availability of Guest house or hotel and book the rooms.

and if he had any extra expenses the traveler is privileged to record it in his software and can later issue for reimbursement.

Tams has other facilities like making a bulk travel request, Chat Facility, Room Sharing and SMS and Email Notification.
